About ILCSEMO
Independent Living Center of southeast Missouri (ILCSEMO) is a community-based, nonprofit, nonresidential facility committed to serving the needs of individuals with any type of disability regardless of race, color, national origin, gender, age or religion. ILCSEMO has served the Southeast Missouri counties of Butler, Carter, Ripley and Wayne for over 20 years.
ILCSEMO offers various services to persons with disabilities with the goal of active participation in society focusing on the ABILITY of the person rather than the disability. ILCSEMO is consumer driven meaning the consumer decides his or her plan.
