Basic Low Impact Class

Located at the Black River Coliseum this class requires a membership to Black River Coliseum pool. It's designed for individuals with arthritis and related conditions but not required. Classes are taught by certified instructors. Must be 18 years of age. Please contact us for alternative payment options.
